Biography

Born in Oldham, Greater Manchester, I followed an interest in the arts and moved to Wolverhampton in 1981 where I studied photography at Wolverhampton Polytechnic. Following my BA (hons) degree I settled in Wolverhampton and began a career as a professional photographer.

I am employed as a photographer for Wolverhampton City Council, and I enjoy frequent trips to the lake district as you can see in the galleries. I am also a member of the writers and artists’ group ‘Image Text Image’, with whom I have participated in numerous exhibitions.

This website is presently a portfolio site to display a selection of my commercial
and artistic work. In creating it I hope to explore my identity as a photographer, and bring together in one place the different areas of my professional work to date, adding more galleries as I go.
